Kevin has worked in a senior HR consulting capacity for
the past seven years. He has initiated and led large scale change
management projects both as an HR consultant and as a senior manager
within organisations. His background includes:

Kevin has a participative style and is innovative in his
approach to management. He has extensive experience training managers,
facilitating group sessions, coaching a wide range of individuals, and
working with individuals and organisations to improve performance.
He is an accredited user of Myers Briggs Type Indicator,
has a Diploma in Business Administration (Victoria University), has been
a member of the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand since 1988 and
was a member of its National Council in 1995 and 1996.

Sue has worked as a career management consultant for the
past five years. During this time Sue has been involved in and managed
large scale outplacement projects and provided career transition and
career coaching services to a number of New Zealand’s largest private
sector organisations. She has project managed outplacement for many
hundreds of employees, set up and managed a Career Centre for one of New
Zealand’s largest service providers, and delivered a range of workshops
specialising in career transition offerings.
For three years Sue worked for Right Management
Consultants where she was responsible for delivering career transition,
career management programmes and career coaching for the Wellington
office. She left Right to set up KSJ Associates with her partner Kevin.
Comfortable working across all levels in organisations, Sue describes
her style as empathetic, practical, and focused on achieving the best
results for both individuals and organisations.
Sue has provided career coaching to senior managers in the financial,
telecommunications, information technology, manufacturing, Public Sector
and business sectors. Sue uses the Birkman career profiling tool with
many of her coaching assignments.
Previous experience has included 5 years in recruitment
where Sue worked as a senior consultant and manager in two of New
Zealand’s most successful recruitment companies where she specialised in
the information technology and telecommunication area. Prior to this her
career was in HR in a training and development capacity, and information
management. Sue is a professional member of the Career Practitioners
Association of New Zealand.
