self-marketing plan.
Interview Techniques
Successful interviews require preparation. We will coach
you in the most effective techniques for overcoming “interview anxiety”,
preparing for behavioural interviews, presentations, telephone
interviewing and presenting yourself in a professional manner.
Career Coaching
Many of our clients are at a point in their life where
they want to have a clearer focus on managing the decision and
transition points in their careers. They do this for a number of reasons
and at various stages in their life. We work with them in assisting them
to identify their abilities, capabilities and marketability.
So how do we achieve this?
By working together to produce a “career audit”. This
involves:

to date

Identifying transferable competencies

Identifying values, work style and motivation

Looking at work/Life issues
This is done through a combination of
self-assessment exercise and tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator and the Birkman Method.
We work on an hourly basis and recommend at least two sessions a month
in the first month.
