Our pre-evaluation sessions with Governing Boards help determine:

  • Performance evaluation terminology.
  • Clarity of performance deliverables.
  • How the evaluative rating scale works.

“Kevin and Sue Jones assisted us with establishing a CE Performance Review Process. This included running Council workshops on reviewing performance, development of 360-degree questionnaires, collating and reporting on the results of the review, and providing a development plan and follow up support for our CE.

The project was a success, and received positive feedback from those involved. Of particular note, the questionnaires were well constructed, easy to answer and were relevant to each participating group.
