KSJ Associates have extensive experience in providing Outplacement Support to individuals and organisations.
What do we offer?
We cover the core elements of career transition and we customise to suit individual requirements. A range of tools and activities are available to assist individuals with their career decisions and we find Strengthscope assists individuals to understand and adopt a more strengths centric approach to their career decisions.
Who is it for?
- Employees whose positions have been made redundant
- Employees who are faced with decision making on whether or not to remain in an organisation that is moving through significant change
- Employees requiring practical assistance during the redeployment phase of the change process

We specialise in assisting employees to prepare for internal applications, including CV preparation, applications, coaching in interview techniques.
Management / Senior Management Outplacement
Our approach is tailored rather than packaged. We do not offer standard programmes as we feel each individual gas discrete requirements. We work towards a whole of life approach to managing exits from organisations; transitioning from one way of working to another which often involves moving from full-time employment to portfolio working.. We specialise in the ‘less ordinary’ approach.
Sue has a number of years experience working with managers at all levels in organisations and she has been successful in helping them move into new opportunities.
